About Nancy Piatt

Nancy is the founder and CEO of The Piatt Group.  She has more than 20 years of executive-level experience in human resources, specializing in training, learning, and developing talent.

After spending 15 years with the Thomson Corporation, Nancy returned to school and earned an MBA, and established The Piatt Group, now located in Northern Kentucky.

She brings her clients solutions that are nearly always customized to their unique needs.  Her style reflects the Piatt Group’s values: high energy, focused on results, and always a flair for fun.

Nancy is the proud mom of daughter Lindsay who has a successful career in property management in North Carolina.  In her spare time, Nancy enjoys skiing, playing with her rescue dog, Sadie, and helping her husband, Greg, with various house-flipping projects.
